Blacks 4–3 Greens — Match Report
A breathless, end-to-end contest saw the Blacks edge out the Greens in a seven-goal thriller. Nath struck first to give the Greens an early lead, but Nic turned the game on its head with a quickfire brace to put the Blacks 2–1 up. Steve Lovelady and Sam AT then extended the advantage, opening a commanding 4–1 lead.
The Greens refused to fold. Alfie led a spirited comeback with two goals to close the gap to 4–3, piling on late pressure. Despite the surge, the Blacks held firm to see out a dramatic win.
